Up-draft grills (like the SG-8288A) use traditional heat rising ventilation and pair with overhead exhaust hoods. Down-draft grills (like the DB-2017G) pull smoke downward through the table for smokeless operation. Up-draft is more affordable, while down-draft provides a premium smoke-free experience.
Can I use natural gas or butane with Korean BBQ table roasters?+
It depends on the model. Our gas roasters like the SG-8288A and BM-320G use natural gas (LNG) with permanent connections. Butane models (BM-320GB, BM-340GB) use portable butane canisters, ideal for flexibility or locations without gas lines.
