Warranty
All products sold by HiLEE Marketing are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Table BBQ Grills come with a 1-year parts and labor warranty, ensuring protection against defects in materials and workmanship.
- BBQ Grill Hoods are covered by a 1-year parts warranty, excluding filters.

Limitations of Warranty
Except as set forth by the manufacturer and where applicable, HiLEE Marketing makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. HiLEE Marketing disclaims any liability for claims arising out of:
- Product misuse
- Improper product selection
- Improper installation
- Product modification
- Mis-repair or misapplication
HiLEE Marketing expressly disclaims any liability for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Return Policy
- Title to all merchandise shall remain with HiLEE Marketing until the full purchase price is paid.
- A 10% annual interest rate will be assessed on all late payments.
- Orders not picked up within 90 days of the purchase date will be subject to a storage fee equal to 20% of the purchase price per month.
Return Requirements
- All returns require pre-authorization from HiLEE Marketing and must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for return.
- A 30% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items.
- Refunds are not available; only exchange or store credit will be offered.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Contact our customer support team immediately.
- We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or repair in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
- In some cases, we may require you to return the damaged or defective product for inspection before processing a replacement or repair.
Refunds and Credits
- If a return is approved, we will issue an exchange or store credit for the purchase price of the item, less any applicable restocking fees.
- Refunds will not be provided for returned items, except in cases where required by law.
- Store credits can be applied to future purchases from HiLEE Marketing and do not expire.
Disclaimer of Liability
HiLEE Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our products or website. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Modification of Policies
HiLEE Marketing reserves the right to modify these Warranty and Return Policies at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and purchase of our products after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policies. It is your responsibility to review these policies periodically for any updates or changes.
